YourSpace offers private rooms for counsellors, coaches and practitioners. Each room is yours for the booked hours, with no rushed time limits, busy waiting rooms or noise interruptions.
Each room gives you a personal space without the overheads of your own lease. There is a calm waiting area, keyless entry, a barista coffee shop and a gym on site.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Bookings start from just £13 an hour. There is no minimum booking length beyond the hour, and no ongoing contract. Longer booking durations benefit from discounted rates.
How do I book a room?
Bookings are made online through our SuperSaaS booking system. Just pick one of our 3 rooms and an available time slot, then pay securely at checkout. You will get an instant confirmation and an access code closer to your booking time. If you have any issues booking, please contact [email protected].
How do I get into the room?
You will receive a unique access code by email shortly before your booked session, valid only for that time slot. No keys and no reception desk, just let yourself in when it is your time.
Can I book the same room every week?
Yes. Many of our regular customers book a recurring weekly slot.
What's included in the price?
The room itself, utilities, WiFi and basic furniture, as well as free parking for yourself and your clients and a coffee shop on site. Practitioners are responsible for bringing anything specific to their own practice.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Practitioners must hold their own professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Your Space NE insures the premises itself, but not the services provided within it.

Who is Your Space NE for?
Our rooms are designed for therapists, coaches, tutors and other practitioners who see clients or need a private, professional space without the cost or commitment of their own lease.
Is the room acoustic rated?
Yes. Every room is acoustic rated specifically so sessions stay confidential, even with other practitioners using neighbouring rooms.
Do I need to bring my own equipment or materials?
The room provides furniture and WiFi. Anything specific to your practice, such as a laptop, assessment tools or devices, is for you to provide yourself.
